Why Not Alternate Flights - 1 W/ Scanning and Such, The Next Without - Let the Travelers Decide.

How about this for an option: 10:00 flight has scanners/pat-downs, next flight does not. Alternate from there on. Choose your desired boarding style. If part of the family wants to go with the sexual assault, they can, the rest get to take the next flight.

Why Are Cities and Towns Paying to Plow/Salt Sidewalks and Roads?

Given the existing technology, there seems to be no reason why heating coils, run by photovoltaic cells, with a thermostatic control and battery backup (for night time coverage) could not replace the expensive (and environmentally unsound) practice of plowing and salting.

Laws Requiring Seat Belts are Unconstitutional

While wearing a seat belt is a generally good idea, it remains under the constitution to be a matter of individual choice - a power retained by the people. I have been in two accidents wherein had I been wearing a seat belt I would have been killed.

It Seems it is illegal for any state to accept payment or pay you in anything but gold or silver for any debt.

It would seem that states are required to accept only gold or silver (not checks, credit cards, or non-gold/silver currency) for any taxes, fees, fines, or any other payment owed to them.
